Very nice Campground overall. Easy to check in, spacious site with easy to access roads getting to it. The site itself was large and excellent mix of sun and shade.
30 amp provided, however we received a low voltage error with our EMS. We called the office and the owners came to our site and tested the voltage at the pedestal. Slight discrepancy between their hand held metre and our EMS. Bottom line was that we could not use our EMS if we wanted to hook up. Owner tried to blame it on my device, even though their campground literature specifically forbade using too many electrical devices as their electrical system was not sufficient to handle it. For this reason alone, I would not stay here again.
No biking or hiking trails nearby as is usually the case with most commercial campgrounds. The beach was quite rocky, so we only went their once.
The campground is close to Point Pelee National Park, which is fantastic! Great biking and hiking opportunities here, as well a chance to visit the most Southernly land point in Canada.
Wood available, however it was green still so hard to burn. First world problem to be sure, but it is what it is.
2-3 bars of Bell service, so no issues staying connected.

Paperwork handed to us on arrival clearly indicates that the electrical system here is not good. Sites have 30 amp service and you’re forbidden from using any electrical heating items. Manager was rude when I was asking about charging my EV. It was allowed, I just had to keep my trailer unplugged. Site was not very nice although we could see Lake Erie in the distance which was nice. Patrons were all nice and respectful but it is clearly more of a retirement community than a campground. Lots of rules!!! They even forbid pit bulls but allow noisy happy small breeds. Our site had dog feces scattered about as well. Would not stay here again, there are other campgrounds near that have better ratings. Left a day early for a better campground.
