They built the campground without electricity, so when they added it later, they cheapened it by placing one post between two sites, so you must have at least 100' (30.4 mitres). Site A131 was as far away as it can get, through wet forest and under the RV to stretch the cord. Highway was right beyond the site, so loud all night. It rained all day and night, so we couldn't report much more.

We were blown away at the beauty of this rugged coastline. Diverse scenery of cliffs, beaches, river valleys and waterfalls. There is world class hiking, paddling and fishing all around.
The Agawa Rock Pictographs are not to be missed.
There are two campgrounds with services for RVs and tents, one rustic campground and 200 backcountry tent campsites.
The campground has more than half the sites with views of Lake Superior (on a 3 km beach). South portion of the campground is radio-free. There are hot showers, flush toilets and laundry - all wonderfully clean and tidy.
Also a designated pet-friendly beach area as well!
The only downside to this beautiful campground is the proximity to Hwy 17. It can get a bit noisy if you have a spot closer to the road.
All in all we loved this magical area and will be back many more times.
We were unplugged for our visit, so not sure about the cell service in the area...

This large, lakeside campground is the perfect place to enjoy Lake Superior. We loved the wooded hiking trails, the long stretch of sandy beach, and the clear (very cold!) water perfect for paddling. We also LOVED our site that looked out over the beach.
We somehow got lucky and managed to snag the last waterfront site that would fit our 25' trailer. We also got lucky and didn't get stuck in the soft sand that made up the base of our site. 4WD to the rescue! Most of the waterfront sites are suited for small trailers, vans or tents. But even the larger interior sites for big RVs had a glimpse of the water through the trees.
As another reviewer noted, the only downside is that the main road runs right past the campground causing some traffic noise. Avoid sites 127-137 to be away from the road.

A little pricey, but well worth it. Sites are wooded, spaced out decently. Bathroom and shower house very clean. The rocky beach is right there, absolutely stunning. Some great hiking spots in this very large park, and some pretty waterfalls. Not a whole lot of population around, so it's very quiet. Make sure you have a power extension cord, the power box may be out of reach if you don't have one. Highway is close to the campground, but it didn't bother us at all.

Ontario Provincial Park, spacious sites, you will need an extension cable for power hookup. Zero litter, quiet. Some highway noise, but not an issue. Staff are hospitable and helpful. Telus cell service is 3 bars, works great without a booster from inside my trailer. The site I was on had power and a view.
The Ontario government shows rates on their website for those looking. I booked on line.

We didn’t actually camp in this campground - were down the road at Rabbit Blanket - but did a drive through while in the area. We had heard about the beautiful views and spectacular sunsets and had thoughts for next time.
Unfortunately, neither the campsites nor the roads leading into or out of the campground would be manageable for our rig.

Our site was right on the water, half are. Nice beach.. Large sites with 100’ between them - we needed an extension cord to reach electricity in center. We’re 27 ft class A — trees close to road made access to sites tight, might be tough for larger rig or long trailer. We were alone, restrooms not open yet, no ranger at booth, firewood locked, water tagged as not potable. We paid 42 $CA senior rate.

This site backs up to the Trans Canadian Highway around 100 feet from it. No fence so animals and children need constant supervision. Noise is almost constant. Most of these sites along this road on the highway side probably have lots of noise but this might be the closest one. Some sites were large, ours was not. Our Jeep just had enough room to park in front of our RV
I’m not sure why the people who drove through thought it wasn’t ok for big rigs?? Ours is a class A, 34 feet.
Getting a site on the beach or across from it requires getting ready at the 5 month reservation window. Spoke to a local Ontarian who said he had three people ready and waiting at the exact time to book the site he wanted.
The beach is long and you could sit far away from others. They also had a dog beach that was about 1/4 mile in length. The visitor center was interesting but few books.
After you check in and turn left, the next left is the dump station, the sign just shows a dumping pic but it has potable water. Water spigots throughout the park but you can’t fill up your RV.
Lots of hikes in the area for any length you choose. One of our favorite was Sandy River which has 2 huge spectacular falls close to the beginning.
No stores so come prepared

Easy check in at the visitors center. Our site(s) during two stays we’re in the farthest loop. We have a 17’ teardrop trailer and had no problem fitting into any site. I would say the road in the back loop had LOTS of potholes, so was a slow, bumpy ride… but that did keep traffic slow 😆. Good privacy in our loop… the front sites in first loop (electric) were more open and seemed more tightly spaced. Put toilets at end of season were as expected … ick, but awesome water pressure in shower house and nice clean flush toilets there. The only issue I really had was people bringing dogs onto the beach - there are numerous signs stating no dogs on beach, but they are largely disregarded. The ranger spent most of their time shagging them off the beach…
People were fairly quiet at night and respectful of others in that sense and all were friendly.
Would definitely stay again - we had beach front and just across the way from beach front and liked both a lot.

Beautiful Camping! I stayed there in September 2016 and now in July 2023 and totally had a blast. This place is wonderful, the staff is really nice and the view of Lake Superior is unbelievable. My only complain is the price, a total of 90$ for two night. But you totally get what you paid for
