Super 8 by Wyndham Thunder Bay

DO NOT RECOMMEND! Arrived to find accommodations we booked 2 weeks prior did not have a microwave, room was on 2nd floor with no elevator (handicapped person with us), and available TV stations were VERY limited. Continental breakfast was a paper bag consisting of an apple, 2 granola bars, yogurt, and a coffee/juice. My bed felt like I was sleeping on a box spring - tossed & turned all night only to awake with a VERY sore back. We ended up cancelling our planned 11 day stay & moved to another hotel next morning. Rate we got for booking the room early was cancelled despite our staying there the first night so we had to pay the full amount without the early booking discount. Refund took a week to process & due to a mixup we were charged for the entire duration twice so our credit card was drained of $2600 for that entire time leaving us with no available funds for more than 1/2 of our trip. NOT HAPPY CAMPERS!
