Great Wolf Lodge Niagara

Staff cheerful and apologetic ...but multiple service issues including ones by design outside of staff's control: insufficient non-waterpark lunch dining area for those on meal plan. ( only 4 small tables for entire facility). We chose GWL Niagara because of it's close location to the falls and we were traveling with 3 children. Our plan was to sight see Niagara areas and have the waterpark for the children to enjoy during our downtime. Therefore, we did not want to eat lunch every day in the muggy, loud, waterpark area but preferred quiet, dry, cool area. The waterpark had plenty of lunch seating for those not wanting to leave waterpark. The 4 small tables outside the waterpark were not enough to accommodate the entire facility. Many families had to stand to eat. Deli was only healthy choice on lunch menu for those on meal plan. Soap provided in rooms is liquid universal--body, bath, shampoo. So unless you like to wash your hair with body wash, bring your own shampoo. Next time we will get the waterpark package at the Falls view Sheraton. GWL is overpriced for service delivered. Waterpark was clean, kids enjoyed their paw pass, magic quest game, arcade, bowling, build a gear. We rented cabana for 2 days but would not do so again.
