We arrived earlier in the day than expected but the owner was able to accomodate us and we could access our site right away. She was extremely helpful - looking up phone numbers and making suggestions for some errands that had to be run.
The campground provides a mix of treed and open sites. The open sites are end to end with hydro posts serving 4. On our visit, there was no one in the site behind us so we could use the whole space. Sites are level and fairly wide but there was garbage in the fire pit and some in the grass. The laundry was clean and reasonably priced (2 machines). Unfortunately, the highway noise was quite substantial - even into the night which is the reason for a 3 rather than 4.
There is a hiking trail at the back of the property which looks to be a side trail of the Voyageur Trail but I only followed it a short distance. Groceries (Pino’s), fuel, and attractions were all close by.
There was free WIFI and some OTA channels. We had 3-4 bars with Rogers.

Pouring rain all night, good sleep. Older but very clean amenities. Lovely young lady checked us in.

The campground people are quiet. The pool is nice. The spot we were on was gravel and level. We had 30 amp and water. The full service spots seems full with long term folks. You can find the place w the wavy man blowing around at the entrance. The owners were real nice. The showers were clean and there was plenty of hot water without any need to feed some money into the machine. The dump station looks a little weird in that the tube is 18” high and the instructions say to hold the lid w your foot while holding your discharge tube in place. We would stay here again for the price and I’ll bring my ear plugs again. AT&T was one to tow bars of LTE. The WiFi was pretty much worthless.

The owners are very nice. We were assigned an overflow site that didn’t have a number when we arrived but later got numbered 56. It was gravel level and had plenty of room for our 32’ motorhome and tow vehicle. The water had good pressure but needed to be run for a minute to get clear water. The 30 amp electricity was grounded properly. There are plenty of trees around for good shade. The pool was nice and clear but I would not ask for the name of their ceramic guy. The showers are clean w good pressure and plenty of hot water without having to feed any machines. The dump station looks weird w a sign suggesting that you keep the cap 18” off the ground open w your foot while holding your discharge hose in place w your hands. I might need to that pictures of that when we leave. There is plenty around to do like check out the halfway point of the TransCanadian Highway. The Breakfast Pig is a MUST.
