In this outdoor paradise you can take part in a range of outdoor activities, such as hiking, camping, swimming, skiing, cycling and more! Just 15 minutes from downtown Ottawa–Gatineau, some of the most popular sites in Gatineau Park are accessible year-round. However, full site access, programming and services vary with each site, with most being available from mid-May to late October.
Reviews
Apparently makes for some pretty stellar climbing and some even more epic snowshoeing! If you're new to snowshoeing, probably wise not to stray too far from well-traversed areas. Snow gets softer the further you away you move and makes it more strenuous.
