Fortress of Louisbourg National Historic Site

What a Canadian treasure! Although hurricane Fiona swept through last year, The historic site has been repaired of any damage. An entrance you can see a lot of downed trees, but it doesn’t affect the beauty of the historical site. The docents and staff of the Fortress Louisbourg were very knowledgeable and genuinely seem to have fun and love for what they were doing. It made the tours even more enjoyable. Prepare to walk a fair bit.
