This is a nice urban RV park within walking distance of downtown Shediac (on nice walking/bike paths). As usual with most of the RV parks we've stayed at in Canada, many of the sites are occupied by seasonal campers with nice rigs, but the campground had a good friendly feel and was not particularly noisy (quiet hours after 11PM were respected). Sites not super widely spaced yet not too close together, everyone had adequate space for slide outs, awnings, and hanging out in front of their rigs and all sites were well tended grass. Tables and fire rings at all sites. We stayed in pull-through site 94 which on the campground map may seem less desirable being next to the bathhouse, however it's not that close and in reality this site has the most spacious and private feeling "front yard" of any, along with some trees that most other sites do not have. One of the city's main walking/biking paths is just steps away from the back corner of the property - we enjoyed a nice ride circumnavigating most of the city and taking a few side trips.
Power/Water/Dump hookups well-positioned at our site (I think same for other sites). The only con was the horrible WiFi. During busy hours (around 8AM and in the late-afternoons/early-evenings it was a struggle to get connected, and even once connected the data rate (to/from internet) was effectively zero. One could walk to certain areas (next to the bath house or near the front office) and sometimes get decent connection/speed, but at our campsite it was only usable very early in the morning, mid-day, or very late at night. I reached out to the staff asking for help and one of the owners replied indicating a system upgrade was in the works, so hopefully in the future it will be better.
Tip: We took a drive along the coast heading north out of Shediac and encountered a great/famous fried clam shack (Chez Leo, you should try their scallops also), a u-pick blueberry farm with very tasty berries, and a nice vegetable shop - all not too far out of town.

We arrived an hour before check-in time. Our lot was available and they were happy to accommodate us early. Large pull through site! Our 40' 5th wheel looked small in it. Easy in, easy out. We were 2 minutes walk from their 9 hole par 3 cours which seems very nice. Shediac is such a nice town.
