“perfect peninsula camping”
This is a well-maintained, peaceful, well-treed park, with many seasonal sites, surrounded on three sides by the lake. Located 10 km. north of the Canada/U.S. border this beautiful, well cared for campground has 50 sites, some with power, showers, playground, firewood, stage, kitchens, volleyball nets, paddle boats, fishing in the reservoir and canoe access to the Milk River. Open May to September.
Beautiful campground. The kids had a blast at the playground and our tent camp spot was right on the river with a beautiful view. Nice and quiet and the ground was flat. The shower was clean, but bring coins with you. I estimate it’s about $2 for a 10 minute shower. A woman told me that it takes American quarters, but I used Canadian. I couldn’t figure out how to change the temperature since there is no knob. It was kind of hot, but I’d rather that than cold. Overall, a very nice experience at Gold Springs Park!
