This park is located about a mile north of the towns excellent Visitors Center at the round about on the AlCan. Most of the sites had FHU’s, but if you don’t get sewer, there’s a dump station thats easy to get to. The Walter Wright Pioneer Village/museum is accessed via the park office. If you’re a history buff, you’ll enjoy the Village. Admission is via donation. The north end of the paved Dawson Creek trail system is right across Hiway 43 near the skate park that’s being built. We enjoyed biking the trail, though it’s only about 4 miles long. The bath house was not the best I’ve been in, (a little run down), but far from the worst. WiFi was great! Worked very well and didn’t kick us off! Don’t bother trying to email the park via their website. They apparently don’t look at their inbox. You gotta call to make a reservation. You’ll hear a bit of traffic noise from the two highways, but it seems that all of the rv parks in town are right off the highways too. The sites were mostly level. There’s a little bit of room between the sites, which is nice.

First thing they hand you is a page and a half legal waiver of claims statement that must be read and signed before being on the premises (paragraph 4)”even if the Campground is found to be negligent or in breach of any duty of care…”
It struck me as just too unfriendly and paranoid.

We decided to stop for two days to enjoy the sights of Dawson Creek before we start our journey North on the Alcan. The park is quiet and clean and with mostly just overnighters. A nice little museum next door to check out. Train noise in the evening and mornings but not during sleeping hours. We were lucky and caught some amazing pictures of the Northern Lights while parked here. Staff was friendly and very accommodating making sure we were in a nice level spot for our rig. Free Wi-Fi in park almost unworkable, don't count on it.

We stayed here on a travel day and were looking for easy access and a pull thru - which we received. Park was clean and check in was pleasant. The sites were narrow - our slides were almost touching the neighbors awning. Everybody was very friendly - it was interesting to wander the park and see where people were from and see where they were going to visit in the Yukon/Alaska. There was a fair bit of road noise.
We used the Wifi without any issues - just the normal slowdowns in the evening. Early in the morning it was great.

Great stopover on our way to Alaska. Agree with previous reviews, 30amp pull thru spots are narrow. Maybe had 18” between slides and our neighbors hookups were right in front of our door. Camp was quiet and we loved checking out the museum.

Has great showers, good wifi and overall cleanliness. We came in after office closed. Found a spot and paid next morning.

Our main reason for this stop was to visit the Pioneer Village (which was excellent!) and we could walk across the parking lot to it. It's also close to or in town and the Mile 0 sign. Some shade all the hookups worked fine. This is one of the few parks in the area which isn't filled with oil field workers.
Site spacing is very close - our awning could not be fully extended without hitting the neighbors slide and on the other side the neighbors dog pen was under our slide. One night a group partied until 2 am. Also a lot of road noise from the oil trucks.
Staff was friendly and helpful. No bugs here.

I stayed here twice, on way to/from Alaska. Clean RV park, close to city where you’ll find what you need like grocery store, pet store, tires, fast food, restaurants. Bathrooms were cleaned daily. At junction of Alaska Hwy (hence name ‘Mile 0’) and highways 97 south to Prince George and 2/43 to Edmonton.. staff were kind and friendly, I was able to stay an extra night and they fit me into their busy RV park. Recommend reservations, especially for long RVs. I am in a 14ft with Suburban, and their backin site was long enough that I didn’t have to disconnect if I didn’t want to.

Not all sides are very close together. We got an end site that had electricity and water. We are here for three nights. There is a laundry room here which is just OK. There’s an occasional train noise. If you want full hook up I think they are closer together. The dry camping is really nice. Staff is great. Overall we would definitely stay again. Our price was in US dollars electric only was about $42 in Canadian.

The spaces are nice but division between sites. However there is enough space between most sites (back in) hive rigs have no space between at the front of the park.
