We really enjoyed this location even though the freeway is close by if you get a spot close to the river with the view and the sound the freeway sound is very minimal and there’s easy access to the river and great locations to dip your feet in and play.

We really liked this campsite.
Weather was a little chilly and we did not get a lot of sun on our site..site 24 would be my next request for a sunny site on river
Private sites right off hwy 3a that are not very crowded. We had one of the two double sites offered. Hosts where very helpful and came around often. Not sure if all BC provincial sites are the same but cheap soft firewood at $10 per bag cost us more then camping per night. Flush toilets with sink was a bonus, very clean... also none potable water available
