Confirmed by 1 users | Last reported on June 04, 2022Great provincial campground alongside a lake. 34km east of Vanderhoof, BC. 16 sites in all with a great big log picnic table and fire pit. Most had fire wood. Two outhouses and a boat ramp complete the picture. Access is North from 16 about 6km on a washboard gravel road called Finmore Rd. The right about 500 meters on Cobb Lake road that has quite a few deep pothole. Go slow.

Out of the way camping. Plenty of wildlife. Most sites are on the lake. Dry camping. Road in is gravel and turn off road has some potholes. But we made it with a trailer. Also has a boat launch. Plus it’s free

There are more than 20 sites here, many along the lake. I stayed in the overflow site, up the hill from the other sites. The road is inverter shape than in previous reviews. Still bumpy, but not washboard and no big potholes.
