This easy-to-find campground has crammed in so many RV spaces, there is very little outdoor space with your site. We could not extend our awning. We could not put out our loungers without feeling like we were in our neighbor’s hook-up lines. When I opened the sewer connection, there were a lot of bugs, so I did not connect. The town provides public RV dump right across the highway from campground. Triple G Campground does provide nice amenities though. Aside from the typical laundry & showers, they have a restaurant, bar, gift shop, 18 flavors of ice cream, plus a pressure washer to clean your RV (at back of campground, $1.00/ minute).
It is a nice place, well taken care of, but it is expensive. All sites are full service, E/S/W and cable. They also have a strong wifi, although bandwith is at a premium with 171 people. Pretty tight quarters and not the most quiet or private.
It does have a restaurant with an outdoor patio (dog-friendly). The food is good and the beer cold.
Laundry and RV-wash are available but not cheap. Lots of green space for the dog walk and a museum next door. The visitor center is across the street.
Very Friendly staff. 3 stars due to price. 4 stars without price consideration.

Nice spot. Paid $45 for full hookup. Staff was friendly and took good care of us. Spaces are small, but are in keeping with area standards. Fire rings provided and fire wood available. Found WiFi to be quite adequate.
RV pressure washing available.
Regional visitor center across the street is a good resource. Full of materials and knowledgeable staff.

Pretty much he only game in town. It is well located and easy to get o museum and stores. Usually stay at Provincial Parks. When they heard we didn’t have reservations it was like they were doing us a favor, we were paying the same $45 a night. We were given no information about amenities or any of the usual information. laundry $2 wash, $3 dry. Shower $1/5min. Spot was unlevel, in the sun and swarming with bees. WiFi was barely usable. I have a roaming plan so used that.

Tire park, but they are getting the most out of their park. Sites are level and have 30 AMP power. When you check in, they lead you to your site. You are close to the highway, but it calms down at night.

After seeing the other campground in town we came here and were pleasantly surprised to find this. From check in to dinner at the on-site restaurant, we were made to feel welcomed. The campground is typical of those found on the Alaska Highway, which is to say because of where you are it’s a nice place to rest. There’s also a gift shop, laundry and clean pay showers, Wi-Fi and cable.
Verizon roaming through TELUS was good.

Nice large campground, lots of trees, back a little ways from the highway. Has a nice restaurant with indoor/outdoor dining and does takeaway with an attached ice cream parlor (~30 fun flavors!). A nice sized souvenir shop. The museum next door was interesting and occupied us for a couple hours. Close to the center of town.
People running it were very friendly and helpful.

We stayed here in May and again in August. The owner is friendly and campground clean with anything you might need - laundry, gift store, wifi, restaurant/bar, ... 30 flavors of ice cream!
May - we ate at the restaurant in May and enjoyed our meals. You should have a drink at the bar and sit in the saddle seats! The wifi is ok if you are close to the main building. We found in the morning Verizon was a better option.
August - We didn't have a reservation but check in was easy. The wifi did not work for us so we're happy to use Starlink for the first time. This is the first spot with coverage (as of Aug 2022) on the Alcan heading South. It was pouring so we didn't use any of the campground offerings this trip.
There is a visitor center across the street that is supposed to have great wifi.
We'll be back next year with Starlink and will enjoy a meal in the restaurant again.

This is a good place to stop, catch your breath, and do laundry! We make sure our holding tanks are empty and we have just enough fresh water on board to last us through camping/boondocking at points west toward Whitehorse. Please note the rate paid was in Canadian dollars.

We stayed here in May on our way to Alaska and were super excited to find they were still open this late in the year. Power only. The chicken poutine is ridiculously good. Clean facilities and friendly staff.
