We stayed one night In the rain. We are a teardrop so we had our awning. Out. Each site is treed in pretty welll so some level of privacy. Showers available but we didn’t use them. One had the door knob and lock broken off. One was dirty. There is laundry there but people were using in. The bathrooms were adequate but I can’t say they were spotless
$35-40 Canadian. Good for a quick night. Gas stations Tim hortons and a downtown to walk to with a couple restaurants if not pouring.

Easy To Get A Nice Site As "walk In" Close To Bath House, Clean, Good Price

Spot 2: 6 am traffic woke us up - a very busy Burrard Av. The noise is annoying and also the booming of music.
