Nk'mip RV Park & Campground

Very scenic area. Park has many amenities including restrooms,showers, laundry etc. close enough to town to ride bikes on path. Walking distance two a few wineries and cultural center.

Stayed during pandemic and regional shutdown
At first would not take our reservation online due to postal code but accepted us for 1 night when advised essential worker travelling back home
400 sites all with hookups
Reg sites are $45 per night and waterfront sites are $65. Amazing location and views. Very hot here and little shade.... need AC . Picnic table was filthy upon arrival and spots are very tight together. No firepits and public washrooms looked dated and not that clean.... solid 3 star but view 5 star

Beautiful setting. But with every commercial lake completely packed in like sardines. We were not informed on booking that the cantina and store would be closed for the season. Or that constant pressure washing of boats would be part of our waterfront experience. Water and electric close together but you would need a 20 feet minimum sewer hose to hook up all three. This is more for groups and kids. Not a serene experience by any stretch of the imagination.

They have a huge problem with these tiny thistles everywhere. My Husband Got 2 Flat Tires On His Bike From These Little Thistles. I walked my dog on the road and she got a few stuck in her paws and I had to pull them out. They get stuck on your shoes and if you step on one in bare feet they will make you bleed. The grounds are not cared for, weeds, thistles and dusty sites. There are a lot of full timers. They also told us the Cantina was closed, later we find out it was Open.
