Clean campground but very close to eac other. Just a few trees. Some firepits in the tenting area. We used the laudromat: $2 per washing machine and $2 for the dryer, 45 mins.
The showers were clean but there are ni bench tomput your things on. The campground is close to the trains so you can hear them . We had an excellent sleep, it was very quiet.

This campground is a great location to Revelstoke. The sites are very close together, grassy and well maintained. The sites are level and shady.
There are 2 washers and dryers. They looked clean but I didn't use them. Bathrooms and grounds are kept very clean. There's only 30 amps here but the fastest free wifi I've seen in 10 months on the road. I was pulling 40mb d/l and it remained consistent for our entire stay even though the park was packed to capacity every night. There are trains close by. I did hear them overnight but it wasn't enough to bother me but if you are a very sensitive sleeper it may bother you.
The cable tv was excellent and I had good cell signal for both data and voice on T-Mobile and ATT.
The staff was very friendly. I didn't get the feeling there are many seasonal people here. All of the campers seemed to be very well kept with no junk laying around.

Great park with all pull throughs and FHU. Park like setting with big trees and lots of green grass. Tent sites as well. BEST WIFI in BC so far. Could stream Netflix with no problem. Location is perfect for exploring Revelstoke, Golden and only 45 min drive from Canada’s Glacier NP. Can walk or bike to town easily. Owners/managers are awesome. Very helpful, friendly and care about the quality of their park. Train runs right behind the park which is the only reason I gave it 4 stars for noise. I like the soothing sound of trains but I’m also in a 40 ft DP which muffles some of the sound. If I were in a tent, might feel differently.

OK, that's not the only reason we gave them a 5 star review, but the amazingly fast internet was AWESOME!!
This park is a great location, right next to Mount Revelstoke National Park. The park is well maintained, clean, quiet, and busy with travelers from all around the world. James and Joy, the owners, have done a great job updating this park since they purchased it. The park has been there since the 70s (I think he said), when the highway used to run right in front of it. They have updated the washrooms and laundry and the park itself, as well as the internet. There are full hookup sites, partial hook up sites, and dry camping sites. There are sites that are larger than others, and sites that are just for tents. There is a playground and a volleyball area. The pads are all in the grass, but mostly level and not a mud hole like you find in other parks.
It's a short drive to Mt. Revelstoke National Park, the Enchanted Forest, a ghost town, and all the amenities Revelstoke has to offer. Downtown has lots of great restaurants and speciality shops, and they have live music on the weekends, all summer long. Revelstoke Equipment Rental is highly suggested for RV parts (and is the only place in town for propane), and Southside Grocery is highly recommended for groceries.
This is a fantastic park to stay at. We highly recommend it. If we had to list any cons, they would be the train noise (but what RV park is not next to a railroad or a highway?), getting in to sites is tight for big rigs (but the spots are not small, just the roads), and some sites the fire pits are too close to the RV. The owners are awesome! The diversity of campers are awesome! It's just a great place!

We have used this park many times in the past. Access is easy from highway one. Pavement all the way. Signage is good. The park office is inside of the park. Just follow the access road in. Check in was quick and easy as usual.
Our site, 4, was a narrow “nose in” that was just long enough for our rig and towed. Services were to the left rear (because we nosed in). Sculptured Cedars provided a buffer between our left side neighbor but our right side was wide open. We were not quite slide to awning but it was close. We had a fire pit and table. The site was grass and the rules state not to lay a rug out because the grass will die. Well it had died right at our door step. It rained overnight and we stepped into a mud pit. Rules are not enforced very well as our neighbor was a long termer and had a rug out. It is still a tidy, well manicured park but we feel the standards are slipping.
Internet was good enough for checking email but not much else. We did find one OTA TV station. Satellite would be difficult because of the trees.
The washrooms and laundry have been upgraded since our last visit as has the playground equipment.
We paid $50.40 per night (inc tax) and feel we did not receive great value. We will look for a different park if we ever return to the area.

Small campground very close to the river and just across from the adorable town.
Exceptional, caring hosts who did everything they could to make our stay perfect. The sites are well maintained, maybe a bit close together, but the location, brand new bathrooms and laundry make it a super good place to stay. Highly recommend it!

What a great place to camp. Very well maintained and the bathrooms are excellent. Very clean and the nicest updated ones we have ever been in. Check in was easy and the sites are small but well maintained. Our 30ft fifth wheel fit with no issues. Gravel sites and level with grass at your door step. No need for a carpet outside. We will definitely stay here again. Only one draw back is the trains coming through. Good ear plugs done the trick. Enjoy this beautiful Campground.
