Horrible .. Not a great location (car parked on street with bags as windows). Booked my family into a basement room with narrow stairs as access. Told us it was the only room left, yet we had a friend come in a bit after us and they had no problem finding him a room. Room was dirty. Second 'bed' in the room was a pull out couch which was on a very severe slant.. We thought it was broken but apparently it wasn't. Dishes were dirty, bathtub clogged and dish soap was empty.. Worst hotel stay ever.
