Lundbreck Falls Campground

This campground consists of two sections. The upper section is all reserved and the lower section is non reservable. We mistakenly set up in the reserved section (which is much more open) at about 7:00 with several empty sites and were told we had to move. OK, our fault but I don't think it was necessary.
Anyway, the lower section is perhaps nicer but has some low hanging tree branches and some tighter turns. We managed with our 31' fifth wheel but it was close.
We had 30amp power which was nice but I still don't think it was worth $30.
The falls are a short walk from the campground and are really worth the hike, they are quite something. You can also drive to them if you prefer.
There is a railway line close to the campground but we only saw/heard one train while we were there.
All in all a good spot but could be better.

We come from the netherlands and Campendium is very helpful for us. So I want to help others with our review. We were here 25-27 september 2022.
There was no host.
This campground is diveded in 2 parts.
One was closed. Under reconstruction. We walked there. Nice places for tents. More trees, so more shade.
They were making a new toilet there.

We had a site in the part that was open.
ONLY by reservation!!! No FF. Perhaps FF in summer?? I don’t know.

We paid 84 Canadian Dollar for 2 nights. Incl electric. Incl reservation costs.
The reservation costs are extremely high: 12 CAD. And the price of 1 night is 36CAD

We had a Nice place. No 12. With enough privacy. We enjoyed the prairiedogs en chipmunks.

The only thing that was really bad was the toilets. Never have had ugly bad smelling toilets like this.
The man who controlled the Campgroundguest told us next year there wil be new ones.

Last But not least: the railsway. Beautiful picture in the day 😉 But in the night it is also noisy. Once per night. The Horn makes A loud noise.

We stayed up top. Larger sites, smaller trees. Had power. No water available, bring your own. Lots of little prairie dogs. Super cute. Watch for holes.
