THE EXPERIENCE of being gently transported into Jasper National Park’s alpine tundra will captivate all ages and is merely the beginning of an experience the whole family will cherish. Jasper Tramway is the longest and highest guided aerial tramway in Canada and the only guided aerial ropeway in the Canadian Rockies. Providing visitors with unprecedented views of six mountain ranges, glacial fed lakes, the Athabasca river (Alberta’s longest) and the scenic mountain town-site of Jasper. THE ADVENTURE begins at an elevation of 1304 metres (4279 ft) above sea level in the safety of an enclosed Tram cabin. Our fully trained and knowledgeable tour guide will accompany you during the smooth seven minute trip to the Upper Station located at 2277 metres (7472 ft) above sea level. During your ascent up Whistlers Mountain our tour guide will inform you of the area, points of interest, animal life and history as well as answering questions. More than just a pretty picture, more than just an attraction, it is a true learning experience.

Such a cool spot and worth the money.. Tried to stay up here overnight but they wouldn't let me. Also if your rockin your roadtrip solo this is definitely a good spot to come because most of the mountain top hikes in the park are minimum group of 4 hikes cause of all the bears! This is by far the best view you will get by yourself!
