This park was great for our short stay. Sites are long which gives you lotsa room. One mention is there is alot of cattle ranch style fencing which makes maneuvering in/out of sites a little tighter. We had a truck and 35’ trailer so would have been nice to not have fences. Great overall park

The campsite called back saying they were full but could accommodate us in the overflow parking lot for $30. we would still have access to all amenities but no utilities. Seemed worth $30 to pit stop for dump, refill water, do laundry and take real showers. Not! Standing naked in showers realized they were pay and no way to control temperature or pressure. No showers. Then 3 of 4 washers that were working were full. They only had 6 minutes left so started sorting clothes. A beligerent guy runs into washroom saying we wouldn't be able to use them as he had been waiting for weeks. He nearly got into a fist fight with my boyfriend over the machines. We left and told the office they should put a machine limit per user. They said sorry nothing they could do. And because campsite is on a well, the showers, w/d stop mid stream. When checking out, the office said the guy offered us a machine. Bull crap. To round out the experience, camping in a gas station parking lot is no treat. Trucks in and out all night - no sleep. We should have stayed in a truck stop for free. There would have been no difference.

This is a pretty standard RV Park. Gravel spots with fire ring, nice playground, friendly staff. Clean laundry and showers (no way to control temp but water was hot). Gas station attached has almost anything you need. A little road noise but not bad enough to effect our sleep. Close to Cochrane, Close enough to Calgary and Banff for day trips. They also have a separate dump, $15CAD if you need a place to dump when you are driving through, and propane and air also available. Paid $340 CAD for a week, ~$275 USD.

The park was easy to find. It is located about 20 km north of the Trans Canada Highway on highway 22 (about 9 Km north of the city of Cochrane). There is pavement all the way. Signage is adequate. Check in was efficient and friendly. The rules are fairly basic. The interior roads are gravel and in good condition.
Our site, 53, was a back in that was easily long enough for our Coach and Towed. Services (30 amp, water and sewer only) were to the left side. Distancing is close for a busy rural park. Each site has a table and a fire pit. Our site was flat and even. Overall the park was nicely groomed (although snow covered during out stay). Clearly it is a fairly new park. Trees have been planted and when mature, will be very nice.
The park included wifi was very slow but our hot spot showed a strong 3 bars of 5G. The is no cable TV but we did find a few weak OTA channels. Satellite should not be difficult. We did not use the washrooms or showers but we checked and found them clean and modern.
Within easy walking distance, one will find a well stocked convenience store a small liquor store and a full service gas station (inc propane). Just a short drive away to Cochrane will give you access to many Big Box and Grocery Stores. If you are a fan of good premium Ice Cream, you may want to joint the line up for some at Mackay’s.
We found this park to be an good overnighter. We paid $52.20 per night inc tax with a GS discount and we feel we received fair value. We will be back if in the area again.

Sites were gravel and level with a nice attached grass area and fire ring at each site. Large, modern play structure for kids. Laundry and shower facilities for an extra fee. The catch and release fishing pond is open from 9am-9pm.
