The park looks nice. I was surprised that the site had FHU as I thought it was just powered. Nice playground and little lake.
But... there was trash throughout the park. I thought it was just because our site was near the dumpster but walking over to the playground we found a lot more including fish hooks. There are some people living in the campground and had the Mounties show up to their site multiple times. There were also tents who were in dry sites but would use water and electric in other sites. They left rice cookers plugged into a different site unattended which attracted wildlife. There are single stall showers that open into the main bathroom which means most people lock the whole bathroom to take a shower. We couldn’t get hot water in the shower

First - It's very hard to find on GPS. The area is pretty and the town is cute. There is a small lake/pond where a youth group came to kayak one evening. There are a few sites with full hook ups but they are very small. We were turned off by the many people living here with all their junk strewn about. The bath house was disgusting - old and dirty. The whole building should be torn down and rebuilt. We found a dry pull-through site near the entrance that was away from the rif-raf and nobody bothered us. It was right next to someone's yard which was quite nice. There were cars and trucks coming and going all day and night, which makes us wonder what is going on at the end of the park. Couldn't wait to leave.
