This RV park is incredibly clean and manicured. Much more than we had thought being so close to metropolitan areas. There is construction in the vicinity but this did not affect us at all. Would recommend this popular park to anyone.

This park deserves five stars.
Yes, sites are close to one another, but they are separated by very nice shrubs. Yes, there is construction, but that’s not the park/s fault; it’s outside the perimeter on one side. Showers cost $2.
However, there are very few good campgrounds per Campendium as you get close to the Banff/Jasper/Lake Moraine, etc. holy land up here in Alberta, and this is a very good option on the way there, or to visit Calgary. There is an incredible fitness center a short walk from the front gate that charges $11 Canadian for a day pass. Water/sewer and electric. Level gravel sites. Very nice office staff. Excellent communication pre-arrival via email and texts. Excellent maintenance. Very modern, big laundry facility. Roads in the campground are all new. This place is 19 years old and has been very well maintained. Excellent wifi!

Nicely Manicured, clean RV Park. Good Sam Affiliated. Paved roads with level gravel pads. Full hookups with 30 or 50 amp Power. Has Wi-Fi which works decently compared to some Parks we have stayed. Close to Cochrane, but very quiet. Very well managed. This is our 4th time staying at this RV Park over the past 10 years and has never disappointed. We have a 37 foot Motorhome and haven’t had a site we couldn’t fit in. Lots of room for big 5th wheels and 40 plus Motorhomes.

We were very grateful that the staff allowed us to complete our 14-day isolation here after returning from the USA. Because we were in isolation, we didn't experience the campground amenities.
The water was still shut off due to the temperatures, the staff did deliver water twice a week to our trailer. We had no issues with the power or sewer.
The campground has free Wi-Fi, but we found it extremely slow at times, guessing due to the number of people that are also isolating.
The sites are a good size for our trailer and truck to park. The landscaping will help to isolate each site once spring arrives. Once we were allowed to leave, we loved that we could walk the dog right near the park in the off-leash area.
We had 3 Bars of LTE on Telus

Access to the park is good. The roads are paved all the way. Signage is adequate. The park was easy to find but you do have to drive through the town to get to the park.
The park office is at the entrance. Check in parking is well marked. The office doubles as a small convenience store and next door is the laundromat. We did not check in at the office as all was handled by phone and e-mail. We chose this park to carry out our 14 day Self Isolation period (due to COVID 19) as we had just crossed back into Canada. The park operators did a very good job spacing us away from other guests that we Self Isolating as well.
Our site, 82, was easy to find even without directions or a map. It was a pull through that was just long enough for our rig and towed. Service were to the left side. The site was gravel with an area of grass. Of course, during our stay everything was covered with snow. We did not have any immediate neighbours but during the normal season a neighbour would be very near. Amenities were 15/30/50 Amp Power, Water (in season) Sewer Table, Firepit and Wifi. No cable TV but we were able to pick up lots of OTA. Wifi was very strong even though we were far from the office. Other reviews noted that the farther from the office the poorer the signal. We noted a recent installation of Wifi antennas. I doubt if anyone will have problems now.
We chose this park because we were allowed book, pay and interact by remote. We were close to shopping and other amenities that we might need for our two week stay. We also knew there was an off leash dog park right beside the park. That gave us the opportunity to walk our dog and get some fresh air for ourselves as well. All in all, this park was near perfect for our isolation stay.
We paid $697.30 total for our two weeks. That included the additional charge for the dog ($1.00 per day) reservation charges and taxes. That worked out to $49.80 per day. We would return if in the area again.

We stayed for almost a week and enjoyed our stay. The campground is very well maintained and people are very friendly. Our spot backed up to the river which was very nice. Wifi was decent for most campgrounds but streaming is disabled. We had good coverage from our US carriers, Verizon, AT&T and T-Mobile.

We had a rental RV and this was our last night. It was nice we had a sewer. So we were empty.
But the campground is in a city. We love nature.
There is a lot of building activity around the campground and on the other side of the river.
It seems lots of people stay here for long time.
The campground is oké! Tidy. Trees to make it more cosy.
There are showers But you have to pay for it. I don’t like this when you have paid a lot of money for your site.
We paid 58 dollar for 30amp and a induvidual sewer. Plus 6 dollar for the reservation.
