“A magical mirrored wonderland where you half expect an evil snow queen to ride on her chariot down the centre.”
After grabbing your Turkish delight from the snow queen, enter this crystal wonderland via steps descending into a giant sunken entrance among ancient Karri trees. Once inside the cave, you'll see a ‘Suspended Table’ formation, which weighs several tonnes and seems to defy gravity as it hovers above the clear lake water. Let's just say no-one's game to sit under this table. There are delicate crystal straws reflected in the water, and droplets hanging from the tips of straws and stalactites – a sign that the formations are growing. This is one magical underwater spot. And that was a joke about the Turkish Delight btw, best to pack your own snacks. Once back above ground the views from the Lake Cave Deck in the treetops is a different kind of magical.
