Redlands Distillery and Cellar Door

The cellar door has two large charmingly restored rooms located in the main manor house, available to sit and relax while you enjoy some home cooked treats from the kitchen. The cellar door offers a wide variety of tastings of both Redlands Distillery products and other Tasmanian and Australian boutique spirits. Redlands Distillery will be running tours daily. Each tour will include; an 8min introductory film in our theatre room, behind the scenes, access to our distillery and bond store and a fully guided tasting of 4 Redlands Spirits in one of our dedicated tasting rooms at Dysart House.
