Melshell Oysters provide a superior oyster experience from the waters of Great Oyster Bay. Premium Oysters are sold at our farm gate at Yellow Sandbanks, Dolphin Sands Tasmania. Visitors have described our produce as "Blindingly Fresh" and "Dolly Parton Plump". Sit on the river bank and enjoy the freshest oysters and learn all about the growing process. Take away is also available.
