A small sushi restaurant serving the freshest takeaway and sit-down sushi and delicious miso soup. Gourmet sushi using locally sourced fresh produce is made by renowned sushi chef, Masaaki Koyama. Regular hours in Geeveston are Friday, Saturday and Sunday 11.30am until he sells out (sometimes as early as 1.30pm or as late as 6.30pm). Due to catering for functions and large events, it is highly recommended to check the Facebook page to confirm if the shop is open. Located in the picturesque valley-town of Geeveston, 50 minutes from Hobart. A scenic drive through rolling hills into the Huon Valley.
