Kermandie Lodge

Kermandie Lodge offers self-contained and motel accommodation in Tasmania's Huon Valley. The property is located at Port Huon, 60 kilometres south of Hobart, beside the Kermandie Rivulet and close to the Huon River. Kermandie Lodge has nine two-bedroom villas. Each unit has one double and one twin bedroom; the second bedroom can accommodate additional guests. The villas are fully self-contained, with cooking facilities and bathroom. The Lodge also has five double, twin share or single motel rooms. All rooms have an ensuite bathroom, television, telephone, and tea and coffee making facilities. All the villa units and motel rooms have views of the Huon River. Local attractions include the Forest and Heritage Centre at Geeveston, Makers on Church Street, Southern Design Galley, Wooden Boat Centre and Tahune Airwalk - a 30-minute drive from the Lodge. You can go walking in the Hartz Mountains National Park, or explore the caves at Hastings and swim in the thermal pool. Take a cruise or jet boat ride on the Huon River, visit a local café or restaurant or sample fresh Tasmanian produce at a Huon Valley orchard.
