Herons Rise Vineyard

Herons Rise Vineyard Accommodation is a family-owned vineyard with holiday cottages in Kettering in Southern Tasmania. Kettering is the gateway to Bruny Island and is on the Huon Trail. The Vineyard is located on hills overlooking the D’Entrecasteaux Channel, a 30-minute drive south of Hobart 34 km. We are about a five minute drive from the ferry to Bruny Island. Herons Rise offers two private, self-contained cottages, with parking – the Studio Cottage and the Wine Loft Cottage. The Studio is an open-plan cottage ideal for a couple. A single bed can be set up for a child. The Loft is up a flight of stairs and has two-bedrooms and is ideal for two couples or a family. It can accommodate six people - four in one room (queen and two single beds) and a couple in the second bedroom (queen bed). Both cottages have lovely rural and sea views and stunning night skies. Our guests come here to explore the area, and to enjoy the peaceful rural environment.
