The Sydney Connection

The Sydney Connection curates dining walks around their favourite inner city precincts of Surry Hills, Darlinghurst and Potts Point. Accompanied by either Maree –their Chief Guide - or one of their well-connected local guides, the walks are aimed at visitors and Sydneysiders who want to go 'where the locals go' for inspiring food, good service and cool interiors. They take bookings for between one to ten guests per walk, visiting four venues and enjoying a different course at each venue accompanied by matching wine. Maree is a Potts Point local with a great network of bars and restaurants she visits regularly. Through her keen interest in walking, talking and eating Maree has gradually built-up her knowledge and fruitful relationships with the restaurateurs of inner-city Sydney. Enabling her to create VIP experiences for her guests and ensure a consistently unique experience. They also regularly stage food events as part of the best-known events that celebrate the inspirational food culture the city has to offer. Some of Sydney's most-loved bar and restaurants have hosted Sydney Connection events over the past three years: Baccomatto, Bar H, Love Tilly Devine, Golden Age Cinema Bar and more.
