You must show a valid photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Please note that this property requires a refundable $100 credit card or $200 cash bond upon check in to cover any incidental charges, damage to the property or excessive cleaning fees. This amount will be refunded after inspection of the accommodation.
