Overlooking our estate vineyard, it’s the perfect place to showcase our range of cool climate, crisp delicate wines including Sauvignon Blanc, Pinot Gris, Chardonnay, Gruner Veltliner, Rose and Pinot Noir together with our Sparkling wines, 'Methode Cuve' Pinot Noir Rose and 'Methode Traditionelle' Chardonnay Pinot Noir.
