Yantanabie South Rest Area

This is a medium sized rest area and truck stop 25 km NW of Poochera or 22 km SE of Wirrulla. It is a standard dirt surfaced level pull over with some bush and trees dotted throughout the area. The rest area is visible from the road but on the western side there is a small track into the grass and bush that leads to a more secluded spot. There are rubbish bins and a picnic table here. As it is designated for truck parking and on a busy highway, it is noisy and dirty. All types of vehicles can access this area.
