52k Peg Parking Bay

This is a typical rest area at the 52km peg in Nullarbor National Park. There are two large gravel parking bays on the south side of the road. There is a rocky and dirt track that leads all the way to the cliffs - it is suitable for small vehicles only. Two wheel drive is fine to access the cliffs, but there are some rocks that can damage tyres so go slow. There is a rubbish bin and an untreated water tank here but no other facilities. There is no shade. There is road noise in the gravel pit area. All types of vehicles can access this area.
