“The Kangaroo Island Wildlife Park is home to over 150 species of Native Australian wildlife and over 600 animals!”
Kangaroo Island is the third largest Island in Australia. Located off the coast of South Australia and is just a short 45-minute ferry trip from Cape Jervis. You can also get to the Island with Regional Express airways which is a short 20-minute flight from Adelaide.
The Kangaroo Island Wildlife Park is located three kilometres past Parndana in the centre of Kangaroo Island, South Australia. The Kangaroo Island Wildlife Park is set over 50 acres and is home to over 1000 animals. Visitors can spend time with some of Australia's unique wildlife in a fun, educational environment. Hand-feed Kangaroos and Wallabies, get up close and cuddle Koalas, see Penguins play, Wombats feed, Cassowaries run, Reptiles, Birds, Echidnas and much more.
Join in at the daily talks and displays where you can see and hear about some of our animals up close and have the chance to pat and interact with them. Have lunch in the cafe, grab a coffee or ice-cream, relax and listen to the birds chatter. It is a fun day out for visitors of all ages!
