Tamborine Mountain Glow Worm Caves

Tamborine Mountain Glow Worm Caves, at Cedar Creek Estate, have two large chambers interlinked by tunnels. The first chamber has an audiovisual display of glow-worms with very realistic formations (speleothems), stalagmites and stalactites, water features and flow stone. From here you enter the real cave through the iridescent glow-worm alley, filled with thousands of glowing glow-worms that will have your eyes on the ceiling (on their amazing bottoms) for ages. Glow Worm Tours operate every half hour between 10am until 4pm daily and bookings are recommended for large groups.
