“Devour a refined Devonshire Tea or camel and buffalo pies with a side-serving of historical information in the old Larrimah Police Station and Museum.”

Enjoy some local hospitality at Fran's Devonshire Tea House in the old Larrimah Police Station and Museum. Fran is renowned for her tea, scones and homemade pies, served with historical information on the side. If you are looking for a tasty lunch, try one of Fran's homemade camel and buffalo pies, pasties, and sausage rolls. And for something sweet, try her apple pie, waffles, scones and Devonshire teas. Fran's Devonshire Tea House includes displays and memorabilia about the town's history and it's role in the war. Fran is a font of local stories - ask her to talk about the history of Larrimah and the Northern Territory. Larrimah is small outback town that is located 182 km south of Katherine on the Stuart Highway. The town was originally a staging site for 3,000 World War II servicemen in the 1940s and now the town is a service centre for the surrounding districts. Fran's Devonshire Tea House is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner every day of the week.
