Bathurst Island Lodge caters for fisherman by using top quality gear like Loomis rods matched with Shimano Chronarch reels.It runs four 6.5mtr purpose built boats powered by Suzuki 150hp motors. It gives us a very stable boat with enough power to get where we want to go, quickly and reliably. Kept to a very high standard and run by eight dedicated staff, they want nothing more than to show you a trip you will remember for the rest of your life. Barramundi fishing is everyone's target fish but as well as having four major river systems to catch barramundi, we have virtually untouched reefs and blue water. Being remote we rarely see another boat on our waterways.
