Our winemakers believe only the best will do – that’s why we call them fussy bastards! In the Hunter, it’s quality over quantity – full stop. They’re justifiably proud of the Hunter’s rich wine heritage that stretches back some 180 years and our flagship Hunter Valley Semillon and Shiraz, which captures the spirit of our place in a bottle. But we also have dozens of other varieties for tasting in the 150 wineries dotted around our rolling green hills. And while they’re fussy, our winemakers are also very friendly and fun-loving.
