The brewery at Royal Park came online in December 2013 producing just a few styles. In September 2014, we launched our tasting bar and kitchen. Comprising of 6 taps and styles plus food that goes with our beer and you can eat with your hands. We are fully operational on Wednesday thru Sunday arvo/evenings, slinging brews and food to eager locals and visitors alike. BSBC produce onsite around 220,000 litres of beer per annum from our Royal Park home and distribute around the country. Pop in for a sneaky pint or two while you sit in the shadow of the tanks.
