No wifi or cable but good Verizon coverage and decent antenna.

This is a no frills park, no pool, no hot tub, no wifi, no cable. The owner is friendly and will do whatever is needed to keep her customers happy. Dog owners are restricted to the first 10 sites on each street near the highway (a sleepy deadend road). They are suppose to walk their dogs along the highway and in the city park adjoining the RV park, not in the RV park. I paid $310 monthly plus 16 cents a KW for electric. Sites backing up to the river or the city Park are $400 and generally accommodate the 40 ft RVs. Sites inside are generally smaller, I have a 35 ft class A. The laundry has no hot water, doors are left open and everything inside gets dusty so you need to be careful not to drag any clean clothes across the floor or the folding table without wiping it down first. Most activities are arranged by the guest who have been coming here for many years. Tuesday breakfast, Sunday ice cream, and bingo 2 nights a week are the regular events. If you like antiques, this is your place! Lots of old cars, farm implements, gas pumps, and signs decorate the park. This is a winter destination only, the park closes for the summer except for 6 or so caretakers that stay year round.

Like others said, it was definitely a no frills campground. The patio slab for each RV was pretty narrow, but the time our slide was out, there wasn't much room for our chairs.
First place we've ever stayed where electricity was charged for a weekly stay. We stay 6 nights, paid the weekly rate of $145 and incurred an electric fee of $17 for 6 days in January.
One bonus, walking trails through the Yuma West Wetlands available from near the river on the edge of the park close to the River. Bike path was also easily accessible, just not a real long ride, but nice to be able to ride from the park without having to drive anywhere.
Biggest issue we had was HORRIBLE connectivity, AT&T was almost non-existent and Verizon was really slow, even with our WeBoost. Mimo antenna did nothing to improve our connectivity.
Sites are pretty close together and they have logs and stones sitting on top of the sewer so you don't back over it when backing inside. The road getting in and out of the park is very bumpy and filled with pot holes.

Clean, friendly, close to shopping and river, antiques displayed everywhere including old vehicles. Quiet and shady. For the price this is a gem in the desert.

This is a nice quiet park very close to town. Great reclaimed wetlands park next door to the east with walking and bike trails for miles along the Colorado River. You could ride or walk to historical downtown. Down the road to the west is some farmland and lots of BLM land, with trails and roads along the river. That's where I saw some pretty big cat prints in the dirt, larger than bobcat, probably cougar. *See photos* (AZ F&G calls them mountain lions) Lots of other wildlife. Turkey vultures, doves, quail, rabbit, Peregrine falcon, hawks, ducks. Sites are decently spaced with a small patio slab. February and March 2021 saw the park at only about 50-60% capacity, I'm guessing because of the lack of folks from Canada due to Covid travel restrictions. We paid $330 for a month, plus electricity, less than $20 for the first 26 days at .15 per kwh. Only 3 hrs of a/c. So far. *Rate reflects monthly rate with our electricity use.*
