This is a decent RV resort in the Yuma area. They have all the amenities you would expect including pool, hot tub, shuffleboard, pickle ball, boule, organized activities, dog runs, etc.. that you would expect in a long term stay 55 Plus RV resort. There is even a salon for hair cuts and other salon related services. All the facilities are in very good shape. There is a mix of park model manufactured homes and real road-worthy RVs. The occupants of the park models tend to be retired snowbirds so this is not a “low cost housing option” for the general Yuma population as is the case in some Manufactured home communities.
The sites are fairly large for a private RV park. Both Verizon and AT&T internet worked well and we could stream video. We did not try the park’s WiFi.
The only “ding” I would give this place is that the traffic on Avenue 3E can be annoying (this is the N/S road along the park’s east side.) Ave. 3E appears to be a major truck route for produce deliveries from the nearby farms and the trucks start to roll through at around 4 AM during the week. This ding can be easily addressed by avoiding the sites which are closest to Avenue 3E. The sites to AVOID are the following: 1-16, 89-119, 120-152, 442-483. All the other sites should be free from road noise (the “good sites” represent over 2/3 of the complex so availability should not be a problem.)
The staff are friendly and helpful. Check in was quick and easy. While it looks like the park in the middle of nowhere, Yuma is a fairly compact community so getting to shopping and the historic downtown is fairly quick.

We stayed here from Halloween 20 through April 21. Our arrival was seamless. Pulled right in with the staff.
The park is just wonderful even with all the Covid stuff. The staff did everything they could to make our stay as normal as possible.
The grounds are exceptionally maintained. Other reviews about the road noise are valid. So choose a site closer to the northwest corner of the park. Besides, it cooler near the orange groves and the blossoms are wonderful in late March and early April.
The infrastructure is newer and well maintained. The shade trees are trimmed to reduce interference with the RVs. Filtered water is available on site. And you get to watch the Marines fly about.
The facilities like laundry, billiards, library, showers, pools, hot tubs, mail service, and main hall are all well cared for. The city of Yuma is very close and has most everything one could want.
There are numerous lakes for smaller boats plus nearby Lake Havasu for larger craft. There is fishing in nearby lakes and canals. Plus there are many other outdoor activities all around Yuma.
We streamed all the TV we wanted to watch on the available WIFI.
The only negative is the brown sewage treatment building in the middle of the park. Select a site north and west of it to avoid the breeze.
We would stay here again.

We enjoyed staying at this park. The internal roads are paved. All the sites have full hookups and are gravel with a cement pad for the patio (no picnic tables). Amenities included: pool, hot tub, tennis/pickle ball courts, bocce ball courts, shuffle board courts, crafting room, gathering spaces, woodworking shed, ping pong tables, dog runs, and more! There have activities happening every day of the week. (We only participated in one of the activities.) The park had many seasonal RVs, but sites were kept clean of clutter and good condition. OTA channels were good (all the major networks), AT&T = 4 bars 5G and good for streaming. They had WiFi, but as usual, non usable. They also had cable available , but we did not use it. Very quiet park at night. Would definitely stay again.

The above rate represents the rate charged for a 5 month stay pro-rated to a daily rate. Since we stayed longer, the 6th month was charged at the same rate.
If you are looking for a place to spend the winter months, this place fits the bill and checks every imaginable box. The price is very reasonable (though 20 cents per kwh for electric seems high). The winter weather in Yuma simply can't be beat. While it was hot early on (November) and late (April) during our stay, the other months are best described as perfect. Mild, warm days, with cool nights. The only downside was that it was it bit on the windy side this season. Otherwise, ideal!! No humidity, little (if any) rain and NO bugs to annoy while sitting out on the gorgeous, cool and clear nights.
Sites are really well sized for an RV park. Amenities abound here as others have listed. We played pickleball and poker nearly everyday while here. The people here are what really makes this place. We made several friends and enjoyed fellowship and laughs most everyday. We are planning to return here every winter for the foreseeable future.

We’re on the move cross country and needed a place near Yuma. Quiet, well run organization. Everything nice and clean. People all very friendly. They seem to cater mostly to longer term guests but we got great friendly service too!

Easy online reservation system, check in was swift. Sites are good size with park models throughout park. No dog park, just a trail behind the back fence. It is quite a distance from the highway so the road noise isn’t bad. Wi-Fi doesn’t work even five feet from the modem. This my reason for the four stars. We stayed five nights. I would come back here again.

Great resort with all the amenities one can think off. Very welcoming front staff and residents, They didn't mind that we were in a truck camper for the week which was very appreciated, we'd return next time with 5th wheel for a longer stay. We especially liked the Cafe with excellent food at a reasonable price and the lovely out door pergola seating area. We didn't try their wifi and found AT&T to work best for tethering no problem. 20MB speed typically.
Far from the freeway so it's pretty quiet except for random fighter jets from the nearby base during daylight and the odd commercial jet.
We would have like some Olianders between sites however their absence meant having more room. We did have a shade tree which was nice.
We wouldn't hesitate to return and recommended it to friends who came for a day visit from another resort and the were totally impressed.
No golf on site but lots close by for you golfers. Eg. A par 3 5 minutes away with a green fee of $15 bucks!

Looked good, but the reality was anything but. The lady who checked us in was nice. She told us the dog park was closed. That’s it! The site was so un level my fifth wheel went out of stroke. Then I walked my dog over to the only grassy area. The asphalt was too hot for my dogs feet. Another woman came out and started yelling at me, asking “didn’t you read the sign to keep your dog off the grass?” The sign said “please be respectful”, not keep off the grass. I showed her the poop bag in my hand and told her we are always respectful. By the way, the grass was the fake kind. If she had been nice about it I would have accepted that. I’ll never stay here again!
