A pro golf course is 1 mile away. At KOA, take a quiet swim in the pool. Set up a game of horseshoes or volleyball while the kids enjoy the recreation room, occasional ice cream socials and pancake breakfasts. The campground's facilities include the laundry, recreation room, bathrooms and store/office. Pool: June 1 - September 6. Max pull thru: 75 feet. Your hosts: Leigh Ashley and Fran Prior.

Confirmed by 1 users | Last reported on June 27, 2023We stayed one night on our way out of the area after having spent time on the Canadian side of the falls. We had a reservation and check in was easy. They provided a lot of information about the US side of the falls including parking and shuttle information. However, the campground itself is a distance from the falls and is really out in farming country with nothing around.
We have a small rig an were assigned to one of the nicer more spacious sites. The larger your rig the smaller your site. Large Class As and 5th Wheels were in the front of the campground. Driving by we could see slides nearly touching the neighbor, awnings not having room, and tow vehicles and TOADS crammed in all over the place. In contrast, the tent sites and cabin areas were nice a spacious.
Bath house was nice with good water pressure for showers. We didn't use other amenities such as the pool, but it looked nice.

Nice little campground! Parking was very easy, they have both pull through & back in spots! After reading the other reviews saying that it might be difficult to park, we decided to book a pull through spot .. not sure why people said it’s not easy accessible, all of the spots are great to park! next time I’d def book a back in spot as it seems like they are more in the corners & a little bit more private!
Bathrooms/Showers/Laundry very clean. Tent sites look great too. Our Lab Max enjoyed his walks throughout the campground. A little bit pricey but would stay here again!

This campground was in the middle of nowhere…we showed up at 6:20pm and the office was closed. Our reservation was left in the drop box and we moved to our site. The sites were small and the neighbors sewage or water hookup was leaking and gave us a small flood by morning. It was a quick and easy stay for one night but I wouldn’t come back and stay. It seemed like there wasn’t much to do and lots of mosquitoes for October. Compared to other KOA’s the amenities seemed lacking and we never interacted with staff…..just seemed like there was no one around.

THE GOOD
Location: About 5-10 miles to gas, restaurants, and groceries.
Location: 20 minutes from Niagara Falls.
Staff: Really nice folks and helpful when needed.
Office/Store: They had all that you might need for your camping experience, plus a good amount of gifts/novelties.
Sites: Fairly large gravel sites with grass living spaces.
Facilities: Laundry was clean and worked well enough.
COULD BE BETTER:
Amenities: Not much in terms of amenities.
WORTH NOTING (not good or bad thing)
Gun range: There is a training facility behind the campground. So, much of the daytime includes regular gun fire.
Sites: A bit older KOA with more long-term (1-month +) residents than other KOAs. I point this out because the residents sometimes are not as welcoming.

Easy to find with GPS directions. Campground has narrow drives that can be navigated with care. Site 21 was gravel about 50' +/- almost level left to right needing 1" levelers on the passenger side. Power, water and sewer easily reachable with single length of hose/cord, had to park the truck in an unused site behind us (offered by the host). Site included a fire ring and picnic table in good condition. Camp store available at the office as well as laundry and bathhouse. This is a good location if you want to be away from things yet able to get to attractions easily. The one big negative is the landfill is close by and you can occasionally get an odor from.

Basic KOA. Narrow sites. We had full hookups but there are W/E and primitive sites as well. Seems to be several seasonal campers. Camp store had a decent selection of items. Laundry facility has 4 washers and dryers. $2.00 each. Close to the lake and s couple state parks but it’s a ways to any services. They were doing maintenance on the water lines with no heads up. The guy in the next site over lost water mid shower and came out with soap in his hair trying to figure out what was wrong with his rig.

Stayed 3 nights, spots are closely packed, and trees rained gross brown liquid-like stuff on our truck (not sap, was easy to remove with water and squeegee). Otherwise restrooms/showers were great (besides the occasional bugs that get into there), laundry machines worked decently well, staff was helpful, and made some amazing pancakes on the weekend. Didn’t use the pool but many others were enjoying its clean and cool water during their stay. The trash service was greatly appreciated.
Starlink isn’t going to work well with the tree cover but their WiFi sufficed most of the time. Free showers may have justified the price for me but otherwise would try another location next time I’m in the area. Fireworks seem to go off every night in the Niagara Falls area and can be heard at the KOA.
Proximity to downtown Lewiston isn’t far by car and has a good amount of choices. Would highly recommend The Griffon if you’re looking for lunch/dinner. Distance to Niagara Falls isn’t far by car either.

What a convenient location to everything! As new RVers, the pull-in was tight but we made it in to the spot. Very clean laundry and restrooms. Pancake breakfast on Saturday was fantastic. Very quiet campground with beautiful paths to meander. Our pups loved the dog park! If we return to the area, we'll return to this KOA!
