Confirmed by 1 users | Last reported on October 01, 2020We were stuck here for a month but we got a great rate. The entire park floods when it rains and some spots end up under 1'+ of water. Pond is nasty and I would never let my kids swim in it. Playground is infested with bees. Shower is a small, spider infested trailer and bathroom is brick shack pit toilet also infested. No one is ever in the office, you have to call every time. Not full hookups, it is W/E with dump station, they do offer to let you use their honey pot or weekly pump out for $20. Verizon service is bad and Starlink is useless in most of the park. I will be staying elsewhere next time I am in the area.

My summer home for the past two years that is located close to 3 of my children. They have monthly rates with both 30 and 50 amp electric, fresh well water (HIgh Iron Content so bring filters), no sewer although they do have two dump stations. So bring your blue boy or plan on moving your rig to dump. That's the downside, but for us full timers it is wonderful.
The park has a playground with a sand beach for the children, and two lakes for catch and release fishing. There are also several pavilions through out the park for family get togethers. Large grass areas for playing games and other activities. The sites vary in size and can accommodate large rigs. There are many full time residents that live nearby that call this their summer home as well. The property is divided into sections for full time residents and part time use for a day or weekly stays. They also have tent camping available, however, it was closed due to Covid this year.
The park is located in the farm country near the town of Wooster Ohio, which offers all of your shopping and restaurant needs. Dahlia Northside Laundry Center is only 6 miles away, a very clean facility with a wide variety of machine sizes and is reasonably priced. Nite time is very peaceful and quiet with no road noise or trains nearby.

You Have To Unhook To Go To The Dump Station to empty your black water. Roads narrow and muddy. Very tight fit for a 40-45 foot MH. TV reception not great. Not worth the $45 a night we were charged. Not a bad park if they were charging $30/ night.
