White Man Totem Pole / Beer Monument

In Wiseman, Alaska, the days are short and the nights are long- brutal is a tepid word for the winter- and perhaps the only consolation for those living in this barbarous land is beer. That's the only way to make sense of it. The history behind this monument is unknown. It's a hard-to-find attraction in the small town of Wiseman, and most stumble upon it while exploring the wildnerness of Alaska than actually seek the monument for a photo-op. Be sure to bring a couple cans and contribute to the monument known as White Man's Totem Pole.
