Located in North Central Massachusetts, Lake Dennison offers wonderful wooded camping on the shores of an 85 acre lake. The park offers swimming fishing and a boat ramp for canoes and other non-power boats. The park also offers 50 miles of mountain biking trails in the adjacent Birch Hill Wildlife Management Area.Lake Dennison is a section of the Army Corps of Engineers Birch Hill Flood Control Project. The DCR, via Otter River State Park staff, manages 4,221 acres of Corp land for recreational use. Located in Winchendon, the park has 150 campsites. There is a swimming beach on Lake Dennison.
