We stopped to Czech out the egg, and wandered through the little town and discovered so many hidden gems! Wilson Old City jail is tucked away behind granny’s soda shoppe, and is worth looking at at! The town is a photographer’s dream if you appreciate quirkiness and older structures. The people are super friendly and worth chatting with!

My partner thought I was yolking about this stop and tried eggnoring me, but we scrambled to get out here and it was eggsactly what it was cracked up to be! I was able to poach a few eggcellent pics.
(Sorry about the puns, omeletting myself have a little fun!)
What a great spot! Easy side road parking right across the street (so cars don’t ruin your photos). Well-kept area with great graphics detailing and how and why of the egg.
A great Czech-in! (Sorry, last one).
The address is 2520 Ave D, Wilson, KS 67490, not where the marker on this map is. It's in the town of Wilson :)
Interesting quick stop… very well taken care of.. easy stop and go…
Fun stop on 1-70!
Lovely town, friendly people, huge egg
How unique is that! Come get your picture with the world largest Czech egg and read all about it in this quaint little town.
It’s pretty much exactly what you see in the photo… a giant painted egg photo op. Expect that and you won’t be disappointed. What more could you really want though? The town was pretty cool. A lot of old structures that had a lot of character.
Probably the most random, yet best, stop you can make on the long journey through Kansas. 10/10. But only if you ready the comical reviews first.
