The Banning Museum was built in 1864 by Phineas Banning the founder of Wilmington, CA. Eleven of the twenty-three rooms of the Greek Revival style residence are carefully restored in Victorian period style and open to the public.
Haven't been there in ages but when I did visit, it was a beautiful tour with charming displays in each room. I was there as a caroler, so it was a lovely setting to sing at! Read more
