Wood Fired Pizza: A Neapolitan style pizza, believed to be the best pizza in the world, originates from two places.Naples , Italy and New York City . The secret behind this unique style is the high heat of a wood-fired oven, San Marzano tomatoes, Italian durum flour, the freshest local mozzarella, and, as the legend is told, the ideal water is sourced from New York City. Since we were a little stumped on the water part, we decided to use the next best thing and tossed Brooklyn lager draft beer in all of our dough. Please enjoy!
