Cruiser's Cafe 66

Built in an old Route 66 gas station, this restaurant is jammed with gas-station memorabilia, including stamped glass, filling-station signs, vintage gas pumps, and photos of classic service stations. Served up with plenty of napkins as well as drinks in unbreakable plastic mugs, the roadhouse-style food will fuel you for days to come. Start with the appetizer sampler -- wings, chicken strips, mozzarella sticks, and fried mushrooms -- served on a real automobile hubcap, or grilled burgers. Healthier options include vegetarian fajitas, meatless lasagna, and chicken breast sandwiches. Live music is offered nightly in high season, and you can accompany your meal with a beer from the Grand Canyon Brewery (located right behind Cruisers Cafe).
