“awe inspiring campsite”
This cozy, quiet campground with new amenities is the closest KOA to the Grand Canyon! New Deluxe Cabins, Camping Cabins, RV Sites and Tent Sites all come with star-filled nights that beg you to make s'mores around a campfire. KOA's Canyon Concierge can help with advance or on-site tour arrangements. A luxury van tour can pick you up right at KOA. Take a trip back in time while riding the Grand Canyon Railway cars or fly over the mile-deep chasm in helicopters. Area attractions include float trips, jeep excursions and horseback rides. At the campground, check out the pool and hot tub, gourmet coffee bar, gem mining station and gift shop. Pool: May 1 - October 1. Max pull thru: 80 feet. Your hosts: the Bell family.
Love love loved this place!!!! We stayed in one of the mini cabins and I will definitely be back. All the fun of camping with a little bit of comfort. Restrooms and showers are super clean, and the pool and playground are great for the kids. Pet friendly. Highly recommend.
The campground is not exactly quiet, as it is close to the road. This is a standard KOA but has a great location.
Small park... Dirt lots which can cause a lot of dust. But very nice staff.
Very nice KOA. It’s about 50 miles for Grand Canyon. Williams and Bearizona very cute.
This place was beautiful and family friendly! I would highly recommend getting a cabin here before/after visiting the Grand Canyon. Amazing stay!
Good parking, decent playground, average hot tub, below average pool, HORRIBLE WIFI!!!
They were really hard to get ahold of and they never answer their phone when you needed something. Camped out with my family and it was huge, looked nice, and it was cool that it had a pool. Not good for camping, just for the log cabins. The bathrooms were disgusting, never clean, and always had to wait to go to the bathroom. The camping spots were small and all the red powdered dirt made a mess with things. They need to put gravel down. We aren’t gonna come back for tenting here.
Pretty nice place to stay if your on your way to the Grand Canyon. Was quit damp when we were there and with all the red dirt, was very messy.
Ok bathrooms/shower...maybe consider more hooks!
Great place! We camped 2 nights. The staff was all friendly and the restrooms, showers, and campsites were all in working order.
The only complaint is that the pool was not open.
